It’s bright and bold color makes it stand out as a drink loaded with health benefits. A perfect cup of tea for the approaching holiday season.
What You Will Need
Milk (any kind), turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon and honey.
How To Make It
Boil your choice of milk (almond, coconut, soy, whole milk) on medium heat. Then stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Start with a teaspoon of each, and add more of each ingredient based on your taste preference. Then serve and mix in a teaspoon of honey.
