(Photo Credit: Huffington Post. Thomas Kokta / Caters News) Happy Kindness Wednesday! This week is Polar Bear Week! How awesome is that? World Polar Bear Day is 27th February 2015. In honor of the upcoming World Polar Bear Day, I am dedicating this post to polar bears. I absolutely love polar bears- they are one of my favorite animals. Happy Kindness Wednesday! As you know Project Words Of Kindness is all about sprinkling more kindness into the world. In honor of Valentine’s Day, which is just around the corner, I thought why not change things up and send “Kind Notes” instead of Love Notes? A kind note comes from the heart, and is designed to put a smile on someone’s face. Be creative and heartfelt. Surprise someone this Valentine’s Day with a kind note. Below are the kind notes I will be passing out this Valentine’s Day. To keep things eco-friendly, I have printed double-sided on each card. One side has the PWK mission statement, and the other has a little note with an inspiring kindness quote. Each card has a different quote. Have fun creating your kind notes! with love, xo

Instead of serving up a cup of coffee to go with the donuts- that’s just too cliche- I made Hibiscus and Rose Hip Sparkling Tea. Confetti Donuts! I modified this recipe to make it both dairy-free and gluten-free. Below is the recipe from Pinterest with slight modifications. Ingredients: DONUTS 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour (careful not to overmeasure) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (gives them that “bakery donut” taste) 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar 1/4 cup (60ml) almond vanilla milk 1 large egg 2 Tablespoons (30g) melted Earth Balance Soy Butter 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles GLAZE 1/4 cup (60ml) almond vanilla milk 2 cups (240g) confectioners’ (powdered) sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extra sprinkles to sprinkle on top, optional Directions click here Hibiscus and Rose Hip Sparkling Tea What You Will Need 1 …
Happy Kindness Wednesday! Today, I’d like to encourage you to spread kindness to someone who works very hard to deliver great things to you every day… Continue Reading >>> See all Project: Words of Kindness posts from My Happy Coincidence by clicking here.
